Service Description

In partnership with Wild Food UK we are offering new foraging courses based at Applegarth and surrounding countryside. You will be shown where to find free food on an amble around our local area, then return to the cookery school for a light lunch using some of the produce. After lunch sit back and watch a demonstration showing you some dishes incorporating the foraged ingredients.
