EVER WONDERED HOW TO MAKE SUSHI? Sushi is increasingly popular, and deservedly so as it's delicious and good for you. It’s also really easy to make at home when you know how... Come and see for yourself at a fun sushi lesson with food writer, Sam Gates, author of the bestselling book The Tin and Traybake Cookbook. Using a mixture of smoked fish and vegetables, students will make Futomaki, and Hosomaki rolls, Nigiri pieces and Temari (sushi balls) to take home. You don’t need any experience or particular culinary skills - just enthusiasm, a sense of adventure, and a passion for sushi! Cost: £75 per person to include recipe cards & sushi to eat and take home
