Service Description

How to cook quick and slow cook cuts of meat and sauces to accompany. Learn how to make a pan sauce, a béarnaise (hollandaise), a reduction sauce and slow cooked belly of pork with apple and cider sauce. Sirloin steak with béarnaise sauce; rack of lamb with mustard and herb crust, port and redcurrant reduction; chicken with marsala pan sauce.
