Service Description

If you love eating fish but need some inspiration or feel a little out of your depth when it comes to cooking it then our Fish & Seafood Cookery Course is just for you. Featuring recipes from around the world, you will learn how to prepare a variety of fish & seafood using different cooking methods such as deep-fat frying to poaching to baking en papillote. Following a tasting of the dishes, you will be given the recipe cards to take home so you can recreate for yourself (and your lucky family or friends!)
