Service Description
Cheesemaking Part 1 with the amazing Louise Talbot of 'Cutting the Curd', member of the Specialist Cheesemakers Association. Learn how to make mozzarella, mascarpone, halloumi and butter in this first class, with a demo of ricotta. Armfuls of cheese to take home, lunch included and mates rates on all our fabulous artisan cheeses to buy in our shop! (Part two cheesemaking includes camembert and feta, part three includes cheddar, edam, goats' and blue!).
