Service Description
Asparagus is the queen of vegetables and May to June herald the short season of these delicious English spears. During our 2.5 hour course, you will learn how to prepare and cook asparagus in a variety of ways that will produce quick & delicious dishes you can recreate at home, including Asparagus Mousse, Steamed Asparagus with Hollandaise Sauce and Crab & Asparagus Tart. The half-day course is a combination of demonstration and hands-on participation and you will have the opportunity to eat the food we make. You will also receive a recipe file at the end of the session so that you can recreate the dishes at home.
