We are very pleased to introduce Kate Hughes to assist us in creating a new addition to Applegarth. Kate has been a teacher at both Leith's School of Food and Wine in London and more recently Newlyn's Cookery School near Odiham. Together with Stephanie Benson (the boss) they have many years of teaching cookery between them and will be providing friendly, knowledgeable and inspirational cookery lessons!
