Fun- that should be what people walk away with in their minds, having had a day with us. Our Team Building Days will bring together your team, make them work as a group, leave them feeling that they have bonded with each other and hopefully take that experience into their working lives.
Oh and they may learn a few culinary tips and tricks along the way as well as enjoying a slap up meal (quality dependent upon the calibre of the chefs!).

Cook in teams to create a three course meal which you then sit down and enjoy. Add a competitive edge and let us award prizes for the supremely talented chefs. We provide a choice of inspirational and challenging menus, go through the main techniques, give you a service time but leave the teams to decide who does what and in what order!
Then once complete, they get to eat what they've produced.
Included: recipe packs; prizes; three course meal; coffee; chocolates.
Could add in - cocktail demonstration, wine tasting.
3 Hour session
It's all about the light touch with this one. A lovely glass of chablis in hand,your team will learn something new and interesting like how to make fresh ravioli.You then sit down and enjoy your handywork by eating it for lunch
Three hour cookery workshop
A glass of wine in hand, this informal three hour session is extremely good at bringing your team together.
The choice of food can be bespoke to your desires but this is a selection:

Tapas
Fresh pasta making (stuffed ravioli etc)
Cake/cupcake decoration
