Join Min & Boo on Friday 20th March 10am to 12.30pm... “What you will learn:- - how to fill, layer and crumb coat the provided vanilla sponges - how to pastel colour buttercream and fill a piping bag - how to pipe different techniques including rosettes using buttercream straight onto the cake - how to make simple sugar-paste decorations - how to finish off your cake with our signature Min & Boo touch! What you will take home: - Our Min & Boo vanilla cake with pastel coloured buttercream recipe plus your beautifully finished cake to present to your mum Please note - our cookery school is not a nut free environment
