I can't find the words to describe the customer service you provided for us last week, and for so little monetary reward. I asked for a particular favour - one of our charity's voluntary committee members had just got home with her new baby (7 weeks premature) and I decided a nice picnic would be just the ticket. Beats flowers any day! William travelled up to West Kensington on Weds, day of the tube strike, tunred back on Putney Bridge, but went up to London again with the picnic the next day! The new parents were totally thrilled especially with the quality and tastiness of the picnic. I'm not sure they realised the effort put in, but I certainly did! I only wish Applegarth had a sister shop in Devon...... you are the best of British for sure!
